Guide to Exporting Chrome Logins and Importing

Step 1: Access Chrome Password Manager 0:00

  • Open Chrome and locate the triple dots (menu) in the upper right corner.

  • Click on the triple dots to open the menu.

  • Select 'Passwords and Autofill' from the dropdown.

Step 2: Export Passwords 0:13

  • Click on 'Google Password Manager' to view saved logins.

  • In the Password Manager, find and click on 'Settings'.

  • Look for the option that says 'Export Passwords' and click on it.

Step 3: Download the Password File 0:21

  • A prompt will appear to download the file containing your passwords.

  • Choose a location to save the file and take note of where it is saved.

Step 4: Prepare for Import into Unify 0:36

  • Ensure the file is downloaded and ready for upload.

Step 5: Import Logins into Unify 0:48

  • Go to the Unify platform.

  • Click on the down button and select 'Import Logins'.

  • You can either drag and drop the downloaded file or click to upload it.

Step 6: Finalize the Process 0:56

  • Once the file is uploaded, the Unify team will take over and process the logins for you.
