How to Retrieve and Enter Your Two-Factor Authentication Code
1. Open the app or authenticator method that receives your 2FA code
Launch the app that provides your two-factor authentication code.
Make sure the phone number and email on file are the ones registered with Unify.
You can also use Unify's built-in Authenticator app to generate the code.
2. Find the code in the Unify browser extension
Your codes will appear in the extension you previously pinned in the upper-right corner of your browser.
This works the same in both Chrome and Edge.
Click the U extension icon to open it.
3. Open the Login Codes tab and copy the code
In the extension window, click the Login Codes tab at the bottom.
Find the current code and click it to copy it.
Paste the code into the login field using:
Right-click > Paste, or
Ctrl + V on your keyboard.
4. Continue to complete login
After pasting the code, click Continue.
You should now be logged in successfully.
The process is complete.
