Key Steps:
Accessing an app:
Click on the desired app in the Unify dashboard.
The credentials for the app will be automatically added.
You will be redirected to the entrance portal of the app.
Changing app status:
If you experience trouble logging into an app, such as a changed URL, click on the three little dots next to the app.
Select "Change app status" from the dropdown menu.
In the notification, describe the issue or change that needs to be made.
Click "Submit" to send the notification to the admin team.
Resetting password:
If the password for an app needs to be reset, follow the same steps as changing app status.
In the notification, mention that the password needs to be reset.
Click "Submit" to send the notification to the admin team.
The admin team will share the new password with you.
Adding apps to favorites:
Identify the apps that you frequently access and need faster access to.
Click on the three little dots next to the app and the star icon "Add to Favorites".
The app will be added to your favorites and will always show at the top of the dashboard.
To access all your favorite apps, click on the "Favorites" tab on the left side of the dashboard.
Using the notes section:
Click on the three little dots or the desired app.
Scroll down to the "Notes" section.
Create a new note by clicking on "Create new note".
Enter the information you want to share with your team members.
The note will be automatically shared with your team members.
