Tips for Selecting, Sorting and Filtering Apps

Key Steps:

  1. To select apps, click on the button to the right of the screen and select "Apps".

    • Manually select the desired apps or click on "Select All" and manually unselect the unwanted apps.

  2. To perform actions on selected apps, click on the "Bulk Action" button.

    • A list of available actions will appear based on your level of access.

    • Select the most appropriate action for your task.

  3. To sort apps, click on the "Sort" button.

    • By default, apps are sorted in alphabetical order.

    • Click on the "Sort" button to change the sorting method.

    • To prioritize the app used last, click on "Date Last Used".

    • To sort by date of creation, click on "Date Created".

  4. To filter apps by specific office, click on the "Filters" button.

    • A drop-down menu will appear with all available locations.

    • Select the desired location to view all apps available for that specific location.

  5. To search for specific apps, use the search button at the top of the screen.

    • Click on the search button and enter the name of the app you want to find.

    • Multiple locations are available for selection, enabling you to find the right app in the right location.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure that you manually unselect any unwanted apps when using the "Select All" option to avoid including unnecessary apps in your selection.

  • Be cautious when performing bulk actions, as they may affect multiple apps simultaneously. Double-check your selection before proceeding.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Familiarize yourself with the available actions in the "Bulk Action" menu to quickly perform common tasks.

  • Utilize the sorting options to prioritize frequently used apps or find recently created apps.

  • Take advantage of the search function to quickly locate specific apps, saving time and effort.

  • Use the filters to narrow down your view to specific office locations, making it easier to find the relevant apps for your tasks.
