SOP: Archiving Apps in the System

Key Steps

  1. Identify the app that needs to be archived.

  2. Navigate to the app management section.

  3. Locate the option to Archive App.

  4. Select the app you want to archive.

  5. Confirm the action to archive the app.

  6. To access the archived app, go to the Show Archived section.

  7. To restore the app, select the app from the archived list and choose the option to unarchive.

  • Ensure that the app you are archiving is no longer needed by any users.

  • Be cautious when archiving apps as this action cannot be undone easily.
